We don't hire can openers.

Professionals are professionals. A cliché perhaps, but true nonetheless. At Wilberg we are concerned with expertise. By having skilled professionals who care for their profession and who can fully exploit the potential of the raw materials. This is why almost every second employee – 45% to be exact – is a certified chef. This is far higher than the sector average, but we believe that this is how it should be. A chef makes better food than a carpenter, it’s as simple as that. And our canteens are characterised by our chefs knowing their jobs – this is not least apparent through frequent theme days and campaigns. We believe that variation is important.
