This is why almost every second employee – 45% to be exact – is a certified chef. This is far higher than the sector average, but we believe that this is how it should be. A chef makes better food than a carpenter, it’s as simple as that. And our canteens are characterised by our chefs knowing their jobs – this is not least apparent through frequent theme days and campaigns. We believe that variation is important.
