There are several advantages to not being a huge corporation managed by unknowns somewhere far away. Our canteen managers are acutely aware of this. Instead of having to relate to a predetermined, rigid menu, they have the opportunity to influence it themselves. This boosts pride, creativity and quality. And not least: It allows them to cater to the customers’ wishes – whether they are traditional or trendy. Cod nuggets or kha soup? Potato dumplings or ratatouille? Blueberry muffins or crème brûlée?
